O leitor pode se perguntar se faz sentido a C\u00e2mara Municipal ter uma revista para divulgar e discutir o universo da pol\u00edtica em nossa cidade. Penso que sim. Afinal, entre os poderes do nosso munic\u00edpio, o Parlamento \u00e9 aquele que mais dialoga com os cidad\u00e3os. Em geral, as quest\u00f5es que envolvem a vida em S\u00e3o Paulo batem primeiro aqui, nesta Casa, seja por meio de um dos 55 vereadores, da Ouvidoria, do clipping com as not\u00edcias da imprensa, e com certeza pelas hoje sempre presentes redes sociais. A revista Apartes<\/strong> vem para completar um espectro de m\u00eddias que visa auxiliar os vereadores e a popula\u00e7\u00e3o a fazerem da C\u00e2mara um ponto de encontro melhor, mais bem compreendido e politicamente mais eficiente \u2013 vamos adotar o ponto de vista segundo o qual efici\u00eancia pol\u00edtica quer dizer uma democracia mais s\u00f3lida e bem enraizada na popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 na nossa querida S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

Esta edi\u00e7\u00e3o aparece no momento em que promovemos a integra\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Casa \u2013 TV C\u00e2mara S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>, Portal da C\u00e2mara<\/strong>, Web R\u00e1dio C\u00e2mara<\/strong>, o Centro de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional<\/strong>, al\u00e9m da participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Facebook e no Twitter \u2013, tudo para fortalecer os la\u00e7os com as paulistanas e os paulistanos. S\u00e3o, todos esses, meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1geis, que informam instantaneamente ou com diferen\u00e7as de tempo muito reduzidas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao que est\u00e1 acontecendo. Podem trazer informa\u00e7\u00f5es muito r\u00e1pidas e concisas, como a linha de 140 caracteres do Twitter, ou ent\u00e3o explorar os temas por meio de debates, colocando frente a frente defensores de opini\u00f5es e propostas \u00e0s vezes diametralmente opostas no espectro da pol\u00edtica e da ideologia como, por exemplo, em programas no est\u00fadio da TV, ou mesmo nos embates transmitidos ao vivo que muitas vezes ocorrem durante os trabalhos das Comiss\u00f5es e no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n

Mas uma revista \u00e9 algo diverso. S\u00f3 ela permite aprofundar um assunto, chegando-se \u00e0s min\u00facias das muitas hist\u00f3rias que cada tema comporta. O texto principal de uma reportagem, em que se desenvolve um racioc\u00ednio que necessariamente deve ter come\u00e7o, meio e fim, conversa com as fotos e ilustra\u00e7\u00f5es, e \u00e9 complementado por boxes, como os que temos, em grande n\u00famero, na edi\u00e7\u00e3o que chega agora \u00e0s suas m\u00e3os.<\/p>\n

Toda revista, como qualquer m\u00eddia, tem sua personalidade. Pode ser sisuda ou mais leve na sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas o desafio de uma boa revista \u00e9 sempre o mesmo: tratar os temas que traz em seu ventre com maior profundidade (os mais antigos h\u00e3o de se lembrar da inesquec\u00edvel Realidade<\/em>, dos anos 60 e 70, que trazia grandes reportagens, com fotos incr\u00edveis, tudo numa apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica atraente e que ia a fundo no que abordava). No entanto, seja qual for o \u00e2ngulo de enfoque e a receita editorial que adote, a revista induz o leitor \u00e0 reflex\u00e3o como nenhum outro meio. Este \u00e9 o papel da Apartes<\/strong>. Que ela provoque nos leitores cidad\u00e3os e cidad\u00e3s paulistanos (as) reflex\u00f5es sobre os assuntos de que trata, do presente e do passado, e acrescente, assim, este desafio \u00e0quele que desde sempre \u00e9 o nosso de todos os dias: aprofundar a viv\u00eancia democr\u00e1tica e ajudar a cidade a encarar e resolver os seus problemas.
