Na maioria das vezes, representa perda e falta. Mas, excepcionalmente, quando gera bons frutos e possibilita evolu\u00e7\u00e3o, uma cis\u00e3o pode ser comemorada.<\/p>\n<p>Esta <strong>Apartes<\/strong> celebra o nascimento de um produto jornal\u00edstico voltado \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica que surgiu do desmembramento da <em>Revista do Parlamento Paulistano<\/em>, antes composta por uma se\u00e7\u00e3o de jornalismo e outra de artigos acad\u00eamicos. Com a separa\u00e7\u00e3o, foram criados dois ve\u00edculos: a <em>Revista Parlamento &amp; Sociedade<\/em>, voltada exclusivamente aos artigos acad\u00eamico-cient\u00edficos, e a <strong>Apartes<\/strong>, inteiramente noticiosa.<\/p>\n<p>A divis\u00e3o, decidida ap\u00f3s debate entre as equipes da antiga revista, ocorreu, principalmente, porque houve consenso de que a C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo (CMSP) possui um material t\u00e3o abundante em termos de not\u00edcia e conhecimento que merece contar com duas publica\u00e7\u00f5es robustas, cada uma com conte\u00fado integralmente dedicado a sua \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00e9, portanto, a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o da nova revista. Como j\u00e1 dito, o conte\u00fado jornal\u00edstico foi ampliado. A publica\u00e7\u00e3o ganhou, tamb\u00e9m, uma reformula\u00e7\u00e3o gr\u00e1fica com objetivo de torn\u00e1-la mais agrad\u00e1vel ao leitor. E o t\u00edtulo da publica\u00e7\u00e3o remete a um termo usual no Legislativo, quando um parlamentar solicita aparte para abordar um assunto debatido por outro colega. Abrimos, ent\u00e3o, o espa\u00e7o desta revista para que diferentes vozes da sociedade contribuam com apartes que enrique\u00e7am os temas discutidos.<\/p>\n<p>Neste n\u00famero, optamos por estampar na capa uma a\u00e7\u00e3o da CMSP que busca a verdade escondida pela ditadura militar que comandou o Pa\u00eds de 1964 a 1985: a Comiss\u00e3o Municipal da Verdade Vladimir Herzog, que teve a primeira fase encerrada no ano passado, mas cujos trabalhos foram estendidos at\u00e9 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Esta edi\u00e7\u00e3o aborda, ainda, o lobby (ou intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o de interesses), um tema nacional que precisa ser desmistificado e discutido. O debate pol\u00edtico tamb\u00e9m foi pano de fundo para a entrevista com o especialista no legislativo paulistano Rui Tavares Maluf.<\/p>\n<p>Dentre os muitos assuntos importantes da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, escolhemos abordar a quest\u00e3o dos animais abandonados nas ruas, principalmente c\u00e3es e gatos, o registro e cuidado com os bens imateriais da capital e a profiss\u00e3o de motoboy.<\/p>\n<p>Como resgate da hist\u00f3ria, publicamos mat\u00e9ria sobre a Primeira Legislatura da era contempor\u00e2nea (1948-1951), retratada em livro lan\u00e7ado pela Casa no ano passado.
