Plano Diretor<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A C\u00e2mara Municipal disponibilizou um hotsite sobre o Plano Diretor Estrat\u00e9gico (PDE), com dados hist\u00f3ricos, agenda, formas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular, not\u00edcias, v\u00eddeos e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es. A primeira fase de debates terminou em 1\u00ba de junho, ap\u00f3s dez encontros abertos aos cidad\u00e3os. O PDE revisar\u00e1 as leis de Parcelamento e Uso e Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do Solo, os Planos Regionais Estrat\u00e9gicos, o C\u00f3digo de Obras e outras leis complementares.

Curso para T\u00e9cnico Legislativo<\/strong><\/h3>\n

O primeiro curso de T\u00e9cnico Legislativo do Pa\u00eds forma sua turma inaugural, de quase 30 alunos, em dezembro de 2013. A iniciativa foi poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as a uma parceria entre o Centro Paula Souza, autarquia de educa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional do governo estadual, e a C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo. Os professores e o espa\u00e7o foram cedidos pelo centro educacional e a C\u00e2mara ajudou a montar a grade curricular. As aulas come\u00e7aram em julho de 2012 e foram divididas em tr\u00eas m\u00f3dulos, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco meses cada.
\nFl\u00e1vio Dipardo, professor de Controle da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica no curso, diz que os alunos est\u00e3o muito empenhados em conseguir um est\u00e1gio ou trabalho. \u201cO objetivo principal \u00e9 atuar na C\u00e2mara e o aproveitamento deles est\u00e1 \u00f3timo\u201d, diz.
\nA segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o, no mesmo formato da primeira, est\u00e1 prevista para come\u00e7ar em julho de 2013.
