Uma boa not\u00edcia para voc\u00ea, caro leitor. A revista Apartes passa agora a ser mensal, mantendo o conte\u00fado essencialmente jornal\u00edstico.<\/p>\n

Essa mudan\u00e7a ocorre pouco tempo depois de a equipe respons\u00e1vel por sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 jornalistas, fot\u00f3grafos, designers e outros profissionais envolvidos na tarefa \u2013 ter aceito o desafio de elaborar uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o semestral.<\/p>\n

O resultado dessa transforma\u00e7\u00e3o voc\u00ea confere nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o. A nova fase prestigia ainda mais os debates e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo, que s\u00e3o a base essencial para as reportagens da revista.<\/p>\n

A mat\u00e9ria de capa aborda uma das principais reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es de rua que v\u00eam ocorrendo em S\u00e3o Paulo e no restante do Pa\u00eds: a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do valor da tarifa dos \u00f4nibus municipais e a melhoria do servi\u00e7o prestado.<\/p>\n

Vale lembrar que antes da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o popular chegar \u00e0 frente do Pal\u00e1cio Anchieta, a C\u00e2mara Municipal j\u00e1 havia criado a Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) do Transporte Coletivo. O tema vem sendo discutido desde o final de junho e solu\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o apontadas. Os resultados parciais podem ser conferidos na reportagem.<\/p>\n

Outras duas mat\u00e9rias tocam em pontos que podem mudar definitivamente os rumos urban\u00edsticos da capital: a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Urbana \u00c1gua Branca e o Plano Diretor Estrat\u00e9gico. A primeira foi aprovada em segunda vota\u00e7\u00e3o pelos vereadores e o segundo acabou de chegar ao Parlamento, ap\u00f3s ser discutido pelo Executivo. Agora, passa a tramitar e a ser debatido pelo Legislativo, juntamente com a sociedade.<\/p>\n

Ainda em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos projetos voltados \u00e0 cidade, novamente a Apartes aborda a quest\u00e3o dos animais: um projeto de lei quer a permiss\u00e3o para que bichos de estima\u00e7\u00e3o sejam enterrados nos jazigos que pertencem a seus donos. Outra iniciativa pretende proibir a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de foie gras (pat\u00ea feito com f\u00edgado de ganso ou pato) e peles de animais.<\/p>\n

A edi\u00e7\u00e3o traz, tamb\u00e9m, um perfil do ex-vereador de S\u00e3o Paulo Agenor Palmorino Monaco, que atuou no Parlamento de 1956 a janeiro de 1969 e \u00e9 uma fonte inesgot\u00e1vel de excelentes hist\u00f3rias sobre a pol\u00edtica paulistana.<\/p>\n
