No final do ano passado, gra\u00e7as ao voto e \u00e0 confian\u00e7a dos vereadores da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo (CMSP), fui escolhido para presidir a Mesa Diretora novamente. Dessa forma, durante 2014 estarei \u00e0 frente do comando desta Casa, juntamente com os vereadores Marta Costa (primeira vice-presidenta), George Hato (segundo vice-presidente), Claudinho de Souza (primeiro secret\u00e1rio) e Conte Lopes (segundo secret\u00e1rio). A Corregedoria ser\u00e1 de responsabilidade da vereadora Sandra Tadeu.<\/p>\n

Na primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o deste ano da Apartes<\/strong>, destaque para mais um relat\u00f3rio final de um trabalho desenvolvido pe-la combatente Comiss\u00e3o Municipal da Verdade Vladimir Herzog. A parceria entre a Comiss\u00e3o e esta revista, que no ano passado resultou em uma reportagem premiada com men\u00e7\u00e3o honrosa no Pr\u00eamio Vladimir Herzog de Jornalismo, desta vez aborda o epis\u00f3dio da morte do ex-presidente Juscelino Kubitschek. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es dos vereadores apontam que, diferentemente da vers\u00e3o oficial de acidente, JK foi, na verdade, assassinado pela ditadura militar. Os detalhes dessa reviravolta na hist\u00f3ria est\u00e3o na mat\u00e9ria Emboscada para JK<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Outras duas comiss\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara Municipal s\u00e3o temas de reportagens deste n\u00famero. A Comiss\u00e3o Parlamentar de Inqu\u00e9rito (CPI) que investigou irregularidades nos estacionamentos da capital concluiu que a maioria desses estabelecimentos est\u00e1 irregular n\u00e3o paga impostos e alguns ocupam espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos irregularmente. A CPI tamb\u00e9m investigou a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de flanelinhas pela cidade, que intimidam motoristas e prestam um servi\u00e7o de forma ilegal. Como parte da solu\u00e7\u00e3o, os vereadores querem facilitar a emiss\u00e3o de licen\u00e7as de funcionamento.<\/p>\n

A outra CPI que finalizou seus trabalhos no ano passado tratou de uma realidade paulistana e brasileira que nos entristece muito: a explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil. Os membros da comiss\u00e3o realizaram v\u00e1rias dilig\u00eancias por toda a cidade, ouviram testemunhas e elaboraram o relat\u00f3rio final, apontando o problema e sugerindo solu\u00e7\u00f5es para que um dia possamos acabar com essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o vergonhosa.<\/p>\n

Por fim, ressalto tamb\u00e9m um texto que \u00e9 uma homenagem a uma comunidade de imigrantes que tem enorme responsabilidade na constru\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo: o perfil de Yukishigue Tamura, o primeiro vereador de origem japonesa desta C\u00e2mara. Um fato hist\u00f3rico, j\u00e1 que Tamura, ao ser eleito parlamentar nesta Casa, tornou-se tamb\u00e9m o primeiro pol\u00edtico descendente de japoneses a se eleger para um cargo fora do Jap\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
