As constru\u00e7\u00f5es dessa categoria devem ter sido realizadas at\u00e9 31 de julho de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Nesses casos, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio solicitar a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o.
