Para regularizar o seu empreendimento, seja ele residencial ou comercial, \u00e9 preciso apresentar uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o do dono da edifica\u00e7\u00e3o, acompanhada da assinatura do engenheiro respons\u00e1vel. Conhe\u00e7a:<\/p>\n<h2>Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Autom\u00e1tica<\/h2>\n<p>A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica acontece em im\u00f3vel residencial de baixo e m\u00e9dio padr\u00e3o (categorias R, R1 e R2h), que s\u00e3o isentos de IPTU. As constru\u00e7\u00f5es dessa categoria devem ter sido realizadas at\u00e9 31 de julho de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Nesses casos, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio solicitar a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o.
